Hiring of Maids from Source Countries
We source and match domestic helpers from approved source countries such as Indonesia and the Philippines. Drawing on our recruitment network, we shortlist candidates who fit your household's needs, whether that is childcare, eldercare, cooking or general housekeeping, and guide you through selection and interviews.
Check Out Memo and Repatriation
When a helper's employment ends and she returns home, the correct exit documentation must be arranged. We handle the Check-Out Memo and repatriation process, making sure your helper's departure is properly recorded with immigration so your responsibilities as an employer are cleanly closed.
Insurance Scheme for Maid
Your helper must be covered by the required insurance during her employment. We arrange this for you so your helper is protected and you remain compliant with the rules without having to manage the policy yourself.
Special Pass
In certain situations, such as when a permit is being transferred, renewed, or a helper is between stages of her stay, a Special Pass may be needed to keep her status legal. We arrange the Special Pass on your behalf and explain when and why it applies.
Changing Employers
If you are taking over a helper from another employer, or transferring one, the process must be handled properly through immigration. We manage the transfer paperwork and approvals so the change of employer is legal and smooth for everyone involved.
Immigration Information Update
Your helper's immigration records must stay accurate, for example after a passport renewal or a change in your details. We update this information with the relevant authorities so her documentation remains correct and valid throughout her employment.
Counselling and Training Services
A helper who is well supported settles in better and stays longer. We provide counselling and training for both helpers and employers, helping resolve concerns early and giving your helper the guidance she needs to work confidently in your home.
Work Permit Renewal
Your helper's work permit must be renewed early each year to keep her employment legal. We track and manage the renewal for you so you never risk a lapse in her documentation.
FOMEMA Assistance
Every foreign domestic helper must pass the compulsory FOMEMA medical examination annually. We arrange and manage the FOMEMA process from clinic consultation to results, so you do not have to navigate it yourself.
SOCSO Registration
Foreign domestic helpers are covered under SOCSO (Social Security Organisation). We handle your helper's SOCSO registration so that the required social security protection is in place and your employment of her is fully compliant.
