I needed to get a 2nd helper - everyone told me there was a maid shortage in Malaysia, and it would be at least a year or several months before I could get one. I was then introduced to Smart Recruit, whose efficient and professional service really delighted me. In fact, of all the maid agencies I have encountered in both Singapore and Malaysia, they are one of the most, if not the most professional.
I also specifically asked Stephanie, the boss lady to pick the helper for me. She picked someone very good.
