Came across Smart Recruit while Googling, and got in touch with Stephanie. Firstly, she was able to share profiles very much up to my preference, the interview arrangements, the process management, the explanation, every service level was good. What helped the most is the responsiveness - she responds almost immediately all the time. I’m glad I was able to get my first time maid properly through Smart Recruit, with a Stephanie’s help! I first contacted her on 15 May, had the interview on 18 May, and my helper arrived in Malaysia on 23 July, all within just over two months.
What impressed me most was the precise selection. Stephanie shortlisted candidates based on my specific requirements, and I only interviewed one candidate before deciding to hire her.

I needed to get a 2nd helper - everyone told me there was a maid shortage in Malaysia, and it would be at least a year or several months before I could get one. I was then introduced to Smart Recruit, whose efficient and professional service really delighted me. In fact, of all the maid agencies I have encountered in both Singapore and Malaysia, they are one of the most, if not the most professional.
I also specifically asked Stephanie, the boss lady to pick the helper for me. She picked someone very good. My helper did have some issues adjusting initially, and Stephanie was quick to address them personally. Now that my helper has settled down, we are very pleased with how things have turned out.
